Returns and Exchange
Following is the Exchange/Refund policy for purchases made in Classic Quilts Online:
Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that they are in the original packaging, including tags. Used and unpackaged items will not be accepted back under any circumstances
– Fabrics, interfacing, and batting cannot be returned once cut from respective bolts
– Products that are personalized cannot be returned
– Refunds can be done only through Original Mode of Payment
Sewing Machines once processed and shipped will not qualify for returns, exchanges or refunds
How to Facilitate a Return/Exchange?
Whether you reside within or outside the UAE:
Within the specified timeline (i.e. 14 days from date of purchase) please contact Classic Quilts by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling the store at +9714 3497 943 and raise a refund/exchange claim. The team, on checking and verifying your claim, will facilitate a refund by adjusting your transaction via the method in which you have made the payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
The cost of sending back the item to the store will be borne by the customer.
Please note that sale items and personalized items are excluded from this policy and can not be returned unless faulty or damaged.
Canceling Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the delivery of the items(s). You will be refunded the full amount paid including delivery charges if canceled prior to dispatch.
Dispatch Timings: If your order is placed before noon on a working day (Saturday-Thursday), dispatch happens before 6 PM on the same day. If your order is placed post noon on a working day (Saturday-Thursday), dispatch happens the following day between 10 AM-12Noon. Orders placed on Thursday post 9 PM and Fridays will be dispatched on Saturday between 10 AM and Noon.
Post Dispatch: If items have been dispatched, and the customer seeks to return the product for a full refund, note that the cost of shipping items back is to be borne by the customer, and the refund will be processed when the items arrive back to the store. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
